  • What is your return policy if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
    If your package is missing or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service. We will arrange a replacement for you.

    Your products will be delivered within 3-7 working days after a successful payment. Please note that there may be delays during festive seasons and sales promotion periods due to high order volumes. Please be aware that any delays caused by the shipping courier are beyond our control.
  • What kind of material are your contact lens made from?
    Different lenses are used with different materials, and you can find all the relevant information on the product page.
  • What power range do you have?
    All our lenses are available from power: -0.50D to -5.00D (-0.25D/step) -5.50D to -8.00D (-0.50D/step)
  • Do you have lenses for astigmatism?
    No, we didn't provide lenses for astigmatism.
  • When will the lenses expire?
    The expiration date can be found on the packaging.
  • How to order if my two eyes have different power?
    Our product is sold in pairs, please add two boxes to accommodate your specific requirements for each eye.
  • What to do before wearing contact lenses?
    Before handling your contact lenses, ensure that your hands are clean and dry. Before put them in, please inspect the shape of the lens to confirm that it is not inverted.
  • How long can I wearing with contact lens?
    We recommend wearing them for no more than 12 hours per day.
  • Why is my vision blurry with contact lenses on?
    There are two possible reasons. 1. Check if you have purchased the correct diopter and base curve according to prescription. 2. Check the shape of the lens to make sure it has not turned inside out, otherwise, it will cause discomfort, and will move around when you blink.
